Client Service Representative
We are currently recruiting for a Client Service Representative role with a reputable financial services firm based in Boston, MA. The Client Service Representative will assist clients by responding to inbound inquiries, completing account-related transactions, and addressing routine service requests in a high-volume service center setting. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to establish a long-term career in the financial services industry.

This is a 3–6 month contract-to-hire opportunity offering $20–$21 per hour. The position is fully onsite, five days per week, in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone inquiries from existing and prospective clients regarding products, services, and account-related information.

  • Execute routine and more complex financial and non-financial transactions in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

  • Respond to basic account inquiries and initiate research or escalate more complex issues as appropriate.

  • Communicate with clients and internal partners via phone and email to confirm details, clarify requests, and provide required documentation.

  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain complete and compliant call records.
    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Provide additional administrative and operational support, including ad hoc responsibilities, as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

  • Prior customer service experience preferred; open to recent graduates.

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

  • High level of attention to detail combined with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Interest in financial services is a plus, though not required.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and coachability are essential for success in this role.
