Chief Technology Officer (Real Estate) – Dallas/Ft. Worth
We are currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer that will be responsible for spearheading the vision for technology within our client’s organization. This candidate will be working closely with stakeholders to drive short and long-term business strategies, ensuring alignment between technology and the firm’s goals. This CTO will not only possess strong technical prowess but also exhibit high emotional intelligence. This candidate should have experience in deploying creative, scalable technology solutions and a deep understanding of O365, networking, and security systems. Your expertise in hybrid and cloud environments will be crucial.
This role is an on-site role located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set objectives and strategies for the IT department.
- Lead the IT department, managing technology distribution, and fostering a team capable of tackling new challenges.
- Provide top-level management for all IT personnel and vendors.
- Align technology capabilities with strategic priorities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and regulations.
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Optimize security camera systems across our campus.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership.
- Possess a Master’s or PhD in a technology related field.
- Experience within commercial or residential real estate organizations.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in planning and managing IT systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
