Chief Financial Officer | Orlando | Public Company
We’re partnering with a publicly traded technology company to identify its next Chief Financial Officer.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role for a finance leader who thrives in strategic, capital-intensive environments and has a proven track record of partnering with executive teams, boards, investors, and lenders to drive growth.
Key areas of focus:
- Leading capital-raising initiatives across equity and debt markets
- Structuring and negotiating debt facilities while managing banking and lender relationships
- Partnering with investors, analysts, and the Board on capital strategy and financial performance
- Driving M&A evaluations, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives
- Providing financial leadership for a publicly traded company, including SEC reporting oversight and corporate governance
- Building scalable finance infrastructure to support continued growth while leading FP&A, accounting, treasury, and finance operations
We’re looking for executives with experience in:
- Public company CFO or senior finance leadership
- Capital raises, refinancing transactions, and banking relationships
- Debt financing, treasury, and liquidity management
- Investor relations and Board presentations
- Strategic financial planning and enterprise value creation
Orlando Area (5 days onsite)
$250K – $300K base salary dependent on experience
