Chief Financial Officer | Public Company | Orlando, FL Area | $250K–300K + Bonus + Equity
We are partnering with a growing publicly traded industrial technology company to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer. This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity for a strategic finance executive who thrives in a public company environment and wants to help shape the future of an innovative, high-growth organization.
Location: Orlando, FL Area (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Compensation:
• $250,000–300,000 Base
• Significant Annual Bonus (potentially up to 100%)
• Equity / Stock Options
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s public company finance function, including SEC reporting oversight (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks)
• Strengthen financial reporting processes, internal controls, and governance
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Lead capital markets initiatives, including debt and equity financing
• Partner with external auditors and oversee public company compliance
• Support investor relations, shareholder communications, and Board presentations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and long-term financial strategy
• Build scalable finance infrastructure to support continued growth
Ideal Background:
• Previous CFO experience within a publicly traded company
• Extensive SEC reporting and public company compliance experience
• Capital markets, investor relations, and financing experience
• Strong executive presence with Board-level communication skills
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Experience building and leading high-performing finance organizations
Highly Preferred:
• Small-cap public company experience
• Industrial manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineered products
• Capital raises, shelf registrations, warrant accounting, and equity compensation experience
• Experience scaling emerging growth companies
