Chief Building Engineer
Our Client, a prominent and well respected commercial real estate firm in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Building Engineer to be an integral part of their team and continued success.
This position is onsite 5x week and will pay between 105-115K on a base salary.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a building/facilities engineer managing commercial properties
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related discipline preferred,
- Professional Certifications such as HVAC, ASME, or EPA a plus
- Strong Leadership and training skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients
