Broker Consultant
Our client, a global, private medical service provider supporting innovative breakthroughs in healthcare technology through the collection, processing, storage, and distribution of donor materials, is currently seeking a Broker Consultant to join their team on a project basis. This person will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain relationships with brokerage firms and other external advisors and provide guidance on the standard business models and practices of broker partnerships including commission rates, incentives, training and performance expectations.
Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sales strategies targeting broker channels, financial advisors, etc. Support the development of marketing materials.

Help identify relevant broker/brokerage firms and communicate compelling value propositions to secure initial partnerships
- Assists in developing terms and agreements that outline partnership details, including commission rates, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Advise internal teams on B2B models of cooperation, including sales incentives, product training, sales support, conversion rates, etc.
Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience

Sales experience – experience selling solutions to or through brokers or agencies
- Management experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
