  • Execute vendor payments through wire transfers, ACH, and check runs, maintaining payment accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following established authorization protocols.
  • Manage vendor account maintenance, including onboarding new suppliers, updating existing records, and validating banking and payment details.
  • Manage vendor accounts by coordinating new supplier setup, maintaining accurate records and payment details, and working with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, obtain documentation, and address payment inquiries.
  • Review AP aging reports to track outstanding balances, address overdue invoices, and coordinate payment priorities to ensure timely vendor payments and minimize late fees.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records within the ERP system while supporting month-end close through account reconciliations, accrual preparation, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate existing AP procedures to identify process improvements, enhance internal controls, and streamline operations across multiple facilities.
  • Partner with procurement, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to support accurate invoice processing and efficiently address outstanding issues.
  • Provide additional support as needed.

Qualifications:
