Accounting Manager – Renewable Energy | Miami, FL
Our Client, a rapidly growing renewable energy company in Miami, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while partnering closely with executive leadership.
This position will pay between $100-125K on a base salary, depending on experience and fit
What You’ll Do
- Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Prepare management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis
- Manage account reconciliations, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Drive process improvements, automation, and month-end close efficiencies
- Support ERP optimization and financial systems administration
- Assist with technical accounting, job costing, and multi-entity accounting activities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting background
- Experience with project accounting under ASC 360-10
- Strong Technical Skills including ERP Systems, NetSuite, and Power BI or Tableau
