Our client is a certified ISO 9001 and AS 9100 manufacturer servicing the Aerospace, Defense, Communication, and Commercial industries. They have been a leader in their space and highly respected by their competitors and clients for their industry-setting inventions, technologies, and advancements. Our client is looking for a leader to join their accounting team. They are looking for an Accounting Manager who can build, manage, and mentor a team. The Accounting Manager must possess a strong attention to detail. Knowledge and experience with manufacturing companies. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
- Strong management, leadership, and mentoring experience
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage external stakeholders (accounting firm, attorneys, vendors, etc.)
- Target Base Salary $115.0K to $125.0K plus bonus and benefits
