Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) – South Shore, MA
Our Client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization on Boston's South Shore, is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.
This position will pay $110-130K on a base salary
What You’ll Do:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll accounting, cost accounting, and cash management
- Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- BS Degree in Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
- 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong ERP systems, payroll, and Microsoft Office skills
- Proven leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
