Desktop Support / Infrastructure Specialist | West Palm Beach, FL
We’re working with a leading real estate organization that is looking to add a Desktop Support / Infrastructure Specialist to its growing IT team in West Palm Beach.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the go-to technical resource in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support employees and senior executives, troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and network issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and keep office technology and conference room systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–3 technical support across multiple offices, including white-glove support for senior executives
- Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra / Azure AD
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware, software, accounts, and workstation setup
- Troubleshoot conference room AV, video conferencing, phones, printers, and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and work alongside broader IT teams on more complex infrastructure issues
- Support network hardware and various building technology systems, including access control, CCTV, and related infrastructure
- Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, and vendor/IT team coordination
- Take ownership of issues from initial request through resolution and follow-up
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support / desktop support experience
- Experience supporting 100+ users
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Entra / Azure AD
- Comfortable handling Tier 2/3 escalations and complex technical issues
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting executives or providing high-touch customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-sufficient approach
- Experience with AV/conference room technology
- Real estate, commercial property, or building systems experience is a plus
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (5 days onsite)
