Investment Products Monitoring Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Products Monitoring Analyst opportunity at a highly successful private equity firm located in Boston, MA. The Investment Products Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating client guidelines, supporting pre- and post-trade activities, and collaborating with other internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in investment product monitoring, client operations, guideline monitoring, or regulatory reporting in the Financial Services industry.
This is a 6-12+ month contract-to-hire position paying between $30-40/hr (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days and remote 1 day.
Responsibilities:

Reviews and evaluates client guidelines, and updates and maintains Sentinel accordingly

Supports pre- and post-trade activities with investors

Collaborates with other internal teams

Applies knowledge of investment strategies, regulatory requirements, and client guidelines

Provides additional support as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

1-3+ years of experience in investment product monitoring, client operations, guideline monitoring, or regulatory reporting in Financial Services, Investment Management, or Asset Management industry

Deep understanding of various investment types, including fixed income, equity, and derivative products

Previous experience using Sentinel or a similar guideline reporting system

Proficiency in Word, Excel

Experience with AI, Python, and SQL is a plus, but not required
