Senior Asset Manager – Real Estate – Florida
We’re partnering with a leading real estate investment manager with a long-standing track record of acquiring, developing, and operating retail assets across Southeast markets.
The firm manages a diversified portfolio and is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to own and drive business plan execution across a portfolio of institutional-quality assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead asset-level business plan execution from acquisition through disposition
- Drive NOI growth through revenue optimization and expense management
- Oversee property management, leasing, and other third-party partners
- Partner with Acquisitions and Development on underwriting, due diligence, and IC materials
- Lead lease-up, stabilization, and long-term hold strategy for development and value-add assets
- Monitor market conditions and recommend strategic plan adjustments
- Review budgets, capital plans, financial reporting, and valuation models
- Manage disposition process, including timing, broker selection, and execution
- Prepare investor and internal reporting on asset performance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of real estate asset management experience
- Strong understanding of underwriting, financial modeling, and real estate capital markets
- Experience working across acquisitions, development, and operating assets
- Proven ability to manage third-party operators and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to be in-market and travel regularly
