Pediatrician, Florida
Our client, a well-established private pediatric practice with a strong community presence, is currently seeking a Pediatrician to join their team. This person will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in a collaborative outpatient setting, while supporting families and working closely with fellow providers and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting

Perform well-child visits, sick visits, preventive care, and developmental assessments

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Educate and support patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record

Participate in occasional after-hours coverage as part of the provider rotation
Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Florida medical license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable practicing in a collaborative outpatient pediatric setting
Compensation: Base salary anticipated in the $210,000–$235,000 range, plus bonus, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, health insurance, and 401(k).
