Accounting Manager | Consulting & Advisory Firm
Location: Hybrid (Boston)
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 Base + Bonus
A rapidly growing global consulting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its expanding finance organization. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare/review journal entries and reconciliations
- Research and document U.S. GAAP and IFRS issues
- Support reporting, variance analysis, and financial statements
- Oversee key technical areas (revenue, leases, SBC, consolidations, purchase accounting)
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, HR, Legal, and auditors
- Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting operations
- Improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
- Leverage technology/AI tools to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 5–8 years experience, including Big 4
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
