Portfolio & Investment Associate – Boutique Multi-Family Office in Westchester County
Onsite 5 days/week in Westchester County
Our client, a boutique multi-family office managing over $3 billion in assets, is looking to add a Portfolio Associate to their team in Westchester, NY. This is a great opportunity to join a lean, high-touch environment where you’ll work directly with leadership and gain visibility across portfolio operations and investment support functions.
Candidates MUST have active Series 7 and 66 or 63.
Responsibilities:

Support portfolio construction and rebalancing

Conduct attribution analysis, portfolio reporting, and performance analytics

Assist in qualitative and quantitative research of mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private equity, and other investment vehicles

Execute and reconcile trades; oversee day-to-day portfolio administration

Prepare presentation materials for client and partner meetings, including allocation summaries, performance reports, and financial planning documents
Requirements:

5-15 years of investment management experience, including mutual fund/ETF/alternative investment due diligence, and experience with systems such as FACTSET, Tamarac, Morningstar Direct, Salesforce, and E-Money.

Strong Excel skills, coding skills, and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
$115k – $250K base (dependent on experience)
