We are currently seeking candidates for a Training Coordinator at a multi-service law firm with a location (multiple locations) in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of a combination of legal administrative/paralegal and training and development experience at a law firm.
On-site 3-4 days per week.
Hourly Pay Rate: Between $65.00-$75.00 (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
Position starts Jan. 5th, 2026
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training schedules across all departments
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training
- Create, update, and maintain job aids and training materials
- Oversee administrative functions related to training
- Assess and analyze training and development needs
- Promote training programs to employees
- Monitor employee progress in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of a combination of legal administrative/paralegal and training and development experience at a law firm.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred
- Experience with either Adarant, Elite, 3E and/or Net Documents is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in training, onboarding or facilitating training sessions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, including file maintenance and billing preparation
- Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with different people and departments
- Must be highly organized and able to manage time extremely well
- Must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
