Staff Accountant
Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | North Palm Beach, FL
A fast-growing, science-driven health and longevity organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Finance team. This role will report directly to the Finance Controller and play a key part in supporting accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and cross-functional initiatives as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets

Assist with month-end close, internal reporting, and variance analysis

Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analytics initiatives

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain to improve financial processes and data integrity

Assist with cash and bank reconciliations and working capital tracking

Support internal and external audit requests

Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

2+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience working within an ERP environment (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)

Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary
