Trade Operations Analyst – San Francisco Bay Area – Hybrid – Base Salary up to $120k
A well-established endowment fund located in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst. This position reports to the Senior Associate of Trade Operations and will be responsible for overseeing transactions and cash movements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Generate daily cash forecasts for asset allocation reporting.
- Process and authorize fund movements, including internal cash transfers, wire setup, and investment funding.
- Manage securities transactions, including complex settlements and reconciliations.
- Track investment approvals and activities.
- Ensure accurate records and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on transaction details.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and custodians.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with public & private assets.
- Experience with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of the securities industry.
- Ability to prepare materials and clearly communicate information to internal and external audiences.
