As a Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer, you'll dive into the heart of our enterprise Azure/O365 strategy, setting standards, and implementing best practices. Your days will be filled with exciting challenges as you manage and support Exchange Online, Intune device management, and AzureAD.
What You'll Do:
- Be a driving force behind our Azure/O365 strategy, shaping the future of our technology landscape.
- Dive deep into Exchange Online, Intune device management, and AzureAD, ensuring our systems are running smoothly.
- Work hand in hand with stakeholders to gather requirements and craft innovative systems design architecture.
- Put your identity and access management expertise to work, both in the cloud and on-premises.
- Bring your architectural prowess to the table, ensuring our M365 security is top-notch.
- Lead the charge in developing internal systems, processes, and best practices to boost productivity across teams.
- Collaborate on architectural discussions, ensuring our solutions are secure, cost-effective, and highly available in the cloud.
- Champion automation by implementing infrastructure as code.
- Ensure our infrastructure meets performance and capacity standards, keeping us at the top of our game.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of Azure/O365 experience.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with orchestration and configuration management tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- A solid understanding of global networking topologies and zero-trust firewalling practices.
- A genuine passion for technology and a hunger for learning new skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to translate technical direction into functional solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
