Senior Investment Operations Associate – Boston MA – Private Credit
Our team is working with a leading credit fund based in Boston looking to hire a Senior Investment Operations Associate to their growing team. The individual in this position will work on the team of 10 operations professionals between Boston & NYC. This will report into the Head of Operations for the fund.
Responsibilities:
- Trade booking, confirmation, and settlement
- Trade matching via CTM
- Settlement via various prime brokerage and custodian portal
- Front office support: assist traders, analysts and portfolio managers with various request
- Admin/custodian support: respond to queries regarding trades, positions, pricing, etc
- Assist in all workflows related to new fund launches including account opening, PB and ISDA agreement negotiation, etc
- Corporate action/restructure research and processing
- Quarterly & monthly deliverables to management, third parties, and compliance
- Identify and design solutions to gain efficiencies utilizing third party developers
Qualifications:

3-7 years of relevant experience (ideally trade operations/settlements)

Knowledge of Bonds, Bank Debt, Credit Derivatives, Equity, Futures, and other derivatives

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Skilled in MS Excel

Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, ability to manage own time
