Senior FP&A Analyst (Hybrid, 1-2 days in office)
An established and successful wellness and recovery company, located north of Boston, is actively seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this person will place a pivotal role in the overall financial planning, reporting and analysis of the company. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Budgeting and forecasting: annual budget review
- Quarterly and monthly financial statement forecasting
- Process improvement
- Preparation and documentation of financial analysis projects
- Business performance indications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 3-6+ years of financial analyst/FP&A experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP policies and procedures
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Financial modeling experience required
