Senior Compensation Analyst
A popular athletic retail company is looking to bring on a Senior Compensation Analyst to their growing team. As the Senior Compensation analyst, you will assess and analyze current compensation programs, and implement new processes and programs. Responsibilities:
- Develop, recommend, and administer compensation programs to meet the strategic needs of the manufacturing and retail organizations
- Advise HR on governance interpretation, market analysis, job evaluation, pay equity, and other compensation initiatives
- Evaluate and grade jobs to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness, uphold integrity of the job structure
- Participate in market data survey, benchmark jobs against survey data to determine competitive compensation range
- Stays up to date on all current and pending minimum wage laws and completes regular minimum age audits
- Conducts research, analyze information and data, and presents findings in a concise manner tailored to audience
- Assists in the development and delivery of compensation education for HR and business leaders
- Monitor existing compensation practices for trends and effectiveness, make innovative recommendations based on these trends
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4-7 Years of prior compensation experience
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred
- Experience with workday is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be onsite 3 days/week
