Senior Compensation Analyst (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)
A highly successful sports manufacturing company, located just outside of Boston, is actively seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team! This person will be responsible for supporting the global compensation function and focus on organizational goals through the analysis and administration of compensation programs. Responsibilities:

Develops, recommends, and administers compensation programs to meet the strategic needs of our MADE manufacturing and US retail organizations. Provides creative solutions to address the unique compensation challenges of a primarily hourly population.

Consults and advises HR regarding governance interpretation, market analysis, job evaluation, pay equity and other compensation initiatives.

Builds trusted partnerships with HR team members and internal customers with a service-oriented mindset.

Evaluates and grades jobs to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. Upholds the integrity of the job structure.

Participates in market data surveys. Benchmarks jobs against survey data to determine competitive compensation range.

Monitors existing compensation practices for trends and effectiveness and makes innovative recommendations for change.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of compensation experience required.

Strong experience with compensation programs and practices in manufacturing or retail industries.

Pursuit of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Previous Workday experience required.

Must be willing to work on a hybrid mode (3 days in office).
