Senior Audit Associate – Remote – up to $105k
This is a great opportunity for an accountant with 2+ years of experience auditing not for profit and affordable housing clients to join an established team. This role is fully remote, with quarterly travel to San Francisco area preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, document, validate, test, and assess control systems.
- Complete detailed work papers and documentation.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments for successful engagement completion.
- Participate in business development and networking activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, focusing on external audit and assurance services.
- Ability to travel within the greater San Francisco Bay Area for client fieldwork and business-related needs on a quarterly basis
