RFP Reporting Analyst- Investment Management- Boston, MA
We are seeking an RFP Reporting Analyst position with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will support the Consultant Reporting and Questionnaires Team and will be responsible for the maintenance and oversight of the firm and product information in consultant database and consultant reporting as requested by clients. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of RFP (request for Proposals) and RFI (Request for Information) experience in financial services ideally.
This is a 6+ month contract that will pay $30-40/hr within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to by onsite 3 days/week in the Boston office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and contribute accurate, timely, and critical information on proprietary consultant databases and commercial data vendors, working with product and client groups to ensure appropriate strategy population, content, and data requests are met for each database
- Monitor and assist with data aggregation to support the team’s overall database reporting processes, and developing recommendations for timely resolution of data issues where needed
- Write, coordinate, edit, and proofread RFP/RFI questionnaires, working with writers and subject matter experts across the firm
- Establishing external relationships with database contacts and responding to ad-hoc requests from consultants
- Willingness to absorb overflow questionnaires and other work during peak periods, including, but not limited to, ad hoc requests, customized client reporting work, and data requests
- Participate in projects and discussions related to best practices and enhancing the workflows of the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services is required
- RFI/RFP experience is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing materials, client reporting, and/or consultant databases are ideal, but not required
- Advanced Excel skills is required (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Excellent quantitative skills and strong attention to details
- Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
- Strong work ethic, maturity, professionalism, and positive attitude
- Self-starter, team player, ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Qvidian and Salesforce is a plus
