Senior Audit – United States – CPA Firm/Healthcare Focus (remote)
Our team is working with a leading CPA firm with 350+ professionals to hire Senior Audit Associate with a focus on Healthcare clients to their growing team. This firm has been in business for 50+ years and donates 10 percent of its net profits annually to nonprofit organizations.
Technical Skills
-
BS/BA degree with a concentration in accounting and active pursuit of CPA
-
2+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm
-
A service mentality and a thorough understanding of accounting debits and credits along with audit risk areas

Ability to work independently on assignments and address issues or questions with your engagement manager or partner

Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills along with attention to detail

Understand full engagement management process including client expectations, able to leverage your manager’s time well

Ability to build relationships with client staff

Research and propose ideas to increase innovation and efficiency

Identify training needs and develop team members
-
Understand risks and ensure compliance with firm policy
-
Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Experience with Pro F/X is a plus
