Recruiting Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator at a global asset management co. in Copley Square, Boston, MA, 02116.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of human resources/recruiting coordination experience.
Yearly salary: Up to $70K (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 3 days per week!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams.
- Conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager on campus recruiting efforts and initiatives by attending career fairs and campus engagement events and assessing entry-level and intern talent.
- Process invoices and Purchase Orders as needed for various expenses such as candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other costs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources/recruiting coordination experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exhibit high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
