Portfolio Leasing Manager – Boston MA
A boutique Commercial and Residential Development & Investment company is looking to bring on a Portfolio Leasing Manager to their growing team. As a Portfolio Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing leasing operations across a diverse property portfolio. This position will mainly focus on leasing on both commercial and residential properties and managing broker relationships. We are seeking candidates who are eager, ambitious, and excited about Real Estate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, considering market trends and competitive analysis
- Perform analysis supporting leasing activity and share with management
- Foster strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive leasing experience
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for portfolio growth
- Assist with the development of annual property operating budgets
- Prepare periodic portfolio analysis and reporting
- Work closely with property management, marketing, and finance teams to align leasing goals with overall business objectives
- Forge strong relationships with brokerage partners and work to resolve challenges; communicate concerns up internal and external chains of command when expectations are not being met
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to achieve favorable terms while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies
- Assist in preparing and managing leasing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve targets
- Maintain database of photographs from properties across the portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- 4-6 years of leasing, property management, or tenant coordinator experience in the commercial and/or residential real estate space
- Experience with VTS (view the space) real estate platform or similar is preferred
- Comfortability with speaking with clients, tenants, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be willing to be onsite 5 days/week
