Payroll Administrator- Hospitality- Orlando, FL
We are seeking candidates for a Payroll Administrator position with a large real estate hospitality group located in Downtown Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of payroll experience within ADP WFN. This position will report to the Payroll Manager and Director.
This is a contract to hire position that will pay $31/hr within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 5 days/wk.
- Process payroll in ADP for multiple locations
- Strong payroll audit experience
- Experience running multiple payrolls
- Strong data entry
- Process Weekly and Bi Weekly Payrolls
- Experience with union payroll
- Strong ADP WFN experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, if not 8+ years experience in payroll
- 4+ years of processing weekly and biweekly payroll
- Experience with ADP WFN (workforce now)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and strong problem-solving skills
