Office Administrator
A Real Estate investment firm located north of Boston is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting other team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangement
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Address and resolve inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Process invoices and manage office expenditures
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be willing to be onsite 5 days/week
