Marketing Production Coordinator – Financial Services – Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for a Marketing Production Coordinator position with a highly successful financial services firm located in Boston, MA. This position will be supporting marketing deliverable on the Production team while working within the firm’s workflow tools and email to provide support to the design team and broader marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of marketing experience in a media agency environment or similar.
This is a 12+ month contract that will pay $28-29/hr within a 40- hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 4 days/week in the Boston, MA office.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage workflows to efficiently oversee the lifecycle of marketing projects, ensuring seamless project trafficking.
- Review and assess incoming job requests, verifying completeness of information and assigning tasks to the appropriate creative teams.
- Facilitate reviews and revisions of marketing materials, coordinating feedback between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules, either independently or in collaboration with team members.
- Proactively manage deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and distributed on time.
- Communicate effectively with project members, aligning efforts to meet deadline expectations and ensure clarity across the team.
- Collaborate closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and maintain project momentum.
- Support the quality control process, ensuring marketing materials meet specifications and all necessary edits are implemented.
- Take decisive action when deadlines are at risk, addressing issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate submission of marketing materials to Compliance, managing the approval and revision process as needed.
- Participate actively in regular Production and Design meetings, contributing to ongoing project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 – 3 years of experience in media agency environment or similar
- Intermediate PPT, Word, Excel, and Project skills
- Previous experience with WorkFront or similar workflow tools
- Ability to manage several tasks at once from multiple team members
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
- Self-motivation and natural curiosity towards detail
- Fast learner with demonstrated success in fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure and able to work within tight deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Sound judgement and interpersonal skills
