Loan Documentation Analyst – Financial Services – Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for a detail-oriented Loan Documentation Analyst with an industry leading financial services firm located in Boston, MA. This position will support the firm’s loan officers by reviewing and summarizing credit agreements and legal documents related to loan products. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing credit facilities and extracting key data for accurate submission into loan applications. This role is essential to ensuring compliance and supporting the efficiency of our lending processes.
This is a 6+ month contract position that will pay $25-27/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 3-4 days/week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:

Review credit agreements and legal documentation for various loan products.

Identify and summarize key topics, terms, and conditions for internal use by loan officers.

Extract relevant data from credit facility agreements for accurate input into loan application systems.

Ensure all extracted data complies with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.

Collaborate with loan officers and underwriting teams to clarify and verify document details.

Maintain organized records of reviewed documents and summaries.

Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and credit agreement standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience reviewing legal agreements, preferably related to credit facilities or loan products.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other documentation tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with loan application systems and financial regulations is a plus.
