Junior Operations Analyst (Hybrid)
An Alternative Asset Management firm in Boston is actively seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This person will sit within the Investment Operations team and will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams within the firm and support all operational and accounting aspects as needed. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching and resolving transactions, P&L, and valuation reconciliations
- Coordinate with third-party administrator during accounting closes
- Responsible for processing daily investment reporting, pricing, and capital activity
- Assist with operational workflows related to deal closing and execution
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of operational or accounting experience within a financial services company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office)
This is a full-time position that is offering up to $75K base, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a lot of room for growth and development within the investment operations space.
