HR Recruiting Coordinator
A highly successful Financial Services firm located in Boston is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As the HR Coordinator, you will primarily support the Talent Acquisition team with their recruitment strategy, and staffing needs. We are seeking highly organized professionals with experience scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, creating offer letters and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Support the TA team with recruitment strategy, current/projected/future staffing needs
- Support full cycle recruiting including; opening/closing requisitions, scheduling interviews, creating interview agendas, coordinating candidate travel etc.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), run recruiting and data reports
- Update job postings on job boards and various websites
- Assist with planning company events
- Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and routed
- Manage calendar and expenses for Director of Human Capital Development
- Serve as the Point of Contact for vendors (LinkedIn, ATS, Staffing Agencies)
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years of prior administration/coordination experience within HR
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work
- Proficient in MS office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Greenhouse is a plus
- Ability to be onsite 5 days/week
