Funds FP&A Associate (Hybrid)
A leading fund in Boston is actively seeking to grow their finance team and is searching for a Funds FP&A Associate to join! This position will play an important role in supporting the upward growth of the firm’s private credit funds. Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, performance reports, and key metrics for the funds.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and variances, providing explanations and corrective actions as needed.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze fund performance, including returns, expenses, and investment performance.
Compliance & Audit Support:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 4-7+ years of experience in financial modeling and analysis within a financial services/alternative investments company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
