Executive Technology Support Administrator – Fort Worth, TX

The Executive Technology Support Administrator will be the primary tier one technical resource for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems working directly with the two family members to anticipate and support their IT needs for the office, residences, travel, or personal devices.

This individual must exhibit a high level of discretion, professionalism, and a dedication to hospitality focused support. Our client is proud to work 100% from the office, working from home is only permitted for rare emergencies. The concierge will provide a vital resource translating and coordinating all technology requests for the family, particularly interfacing and coordinating with the established IT department of the family-owned real estate operating company.
