Event Planner
A well-established investment firm located in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a highly qualified Event Planner to join their team. This position will be responsible for coordinating events sponsored by the firm including logistics, budgets, and maintaining guest relationships and pipelines. The firm is looking for a candidate who is highly organized, positive and a team player. This is an in-person position and the firm is looking to pay a salary range of $90k-$140k.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate events on behalf of the office

Source location; organize catering; invite and send out information and materials to attendees and speakers

Check in; distribution and collection of event materials; organize break-out sessions, etc

Maintain a strong pipeline of vendors, develop a strong relationship with both local and national companies
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 5 years’ meeting and event planning experience for private social events, corporate events, or fundraising events

A minimum of 2-3 years direct executive management experience (with C-suite or equivalent professionals)

Flexibility in hours and work schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays, and ability to travel

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility with changes
