End User Support Analyst-Boston/Hybrid

One of the leading investment management firms in Boston is looking for an End User Support Analyst to join them in a contract to hire role. The End User Support Analyst I plays a pivotal role in our clients organization, focusing on the assistance, support, and upkeep of desktops, laptops, and mobile hardware and software, ensuring seamless user functionality on a day-to-day basis. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes ownership of assigned tasks. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a hybrid work environment (3 days on site).
