Director of Revenue Cycle Management (Hybrid)
A rapidly growing wellness and recovery company, located north of Boston, is actively seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join their team! This is a hybrid role (1-2 days in office) that is offering a strong compensation package and will report to the CFO of the company. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- In charge of relationship management with the outsourced billing partners to ensure accuracy and efficient of claims handled
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Responsible for financial statement review and accurate reporting for the month-end close process
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8-10 years of billing or revenue cycle operations experience
- 2-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience required (i.e. experience hiring, training, evaluation of direct reports etc.)
- Billing software/EHR experience required
