Cybersecurity Analyst
Seeking a collaborative professional with expertise in managing cybersecurity risks for investment management. The role involves cross-functional communication, vendor management, and maintaining cybersecurity programs aligned with regulatory and industry standards. Occasional travel for conferences and professional development is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Program: Identify and monitor cyber risks; maintain compliance with evolving business, regulatory, and technology standards.
- Endpoint Security: Manage antivirus solutions (Microsoft Defender, Carbon Black) and ensure proper configurations and updates.
- Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB): Oversee Netskope policies, configurations, and reporting.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and monitor vendors for IT security compliance.
- Vulnerability/Patch Management: Collaborate on remediation efforts, reporting, and penetration tests.
- SIEM Implementation: Lead evaluation and deployment by Q1 2025.
- Phishing Program: Administer training and escalations via KnowBe4.
- Policy & Compliance: Support updates to WISP, BCP, and regulatory assessments.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS/MS or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience with OKTA, DUO, Microsoft Defender, Carbon Black, Netskope, Automox, Jamf, Intune.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
- Maximum of 3-5 years of experience needed. This is NOT a senior level role.
This position offers a dynamic opportunity to shape cybersecurity practices in a collaborative environment. The salary is targeted at $85-95K base + bonus.
