Compensation Consultant
We are currently seeking candidates for a Compensation Consultant at an international asset management co. in New York, NY, 10005. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant human resources/compensation experience.
This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with a possibility of extension) and will pay up to $50.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On site 3 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Testing of new compensation tool
- Compensation Analytics: Analysis, reporting, reconciliations, summary and recommendations for individuals and compensation programs (salary structures, bonus programs, and salary increase modeling)
- Coordination of the compensation survey process.
- Manage the data submission process, survey results, reporting process, market pricing and reporting accuracy.
- Analyze data leveraging multiple sources of information such as compensation benchmark surveys, budgets, anecdotal information, and industry best practices.
- Market pricing analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant human resources/compensation experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Experience working with HR Systems, Peoplefluent highly preferred
