Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) HR Associate
A manufacturing company located just outside of Providence Rhode Island is looking for a bilingual Associate Human Resources Generalist. As the HR Generalist, you will act as the right hand to the Director of HR and support talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, total rewards, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance/Reporting
- Maintain records and hardcopy employee files
- Assist/support maintenance and set-up of hardcopy employee files in all out of state sites
- Run reports as necessary
- Total Rewards:
- Make appropriate compensation changes in the system
- Communicate to new employees on benefits eligibility and coordinate enrollment with employees and benefit providers
- Add/delete employees on the benefits portal
- Bonus/performance recognition
- Maintain PTO records for all employees
- Talent Acquisition:
- Post all open positions on social media/appropriate websites
- Coordinate/schedule interviews and follow-up with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Conduct pre-screen calls
- Payroll:
- Enter new hires into the payroll system, process payrolls for LLC’s
- Provide support and back-up to payroll associate
- Learning and Development:
- Assist with New Hire Onboarding presenting
- Rewards/Recognition:
- Track/maintain records
- Administrative support
- Coordinate events
- Acquisitions/Onboarding New Sites:
- Assist with onboarding of new employees with uploading to the various systems for payroll, benefits, time off tracking
Qualifications:

1-3 years of prior HR/Employee relations experience

Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish

Prior manufacturing experience

Experience using ADP is preferred

Must be willing to be onsite at their manufacturing locations 5 days/week
