Administrative Assistant – Financial Services – San Francisco, CA
We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with a highly successful financial services firm located in San Francisco, CA. This position will be responsible for welcoming and greeting the firm’s clients while supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of administrative assistant experience, preferably within financial services.
This is a 3-month contract that will pay $25-30/hr within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 5 days/week in their San Francisco office.
Responsibilities:

Answer and route calls professionally

Handle mail and assist with clerical tasks (packages, photocopies, scanning, check requests, etc.)

Maintain conference room schedules and prepare/clean rooms for meetings

Manage visitor pre-clearance system and greet clients

Assist in vendor management and coordinate equipment inspections and office maintenance

Assist building management on access requests, work orders, and general facility maintenance

Stock and maintain kitchenette (snacks, beverages, coffee, etc.)

Manage lunch orders, setup, and cleanup

Coordinate vendor deliveries and pickups
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

1+ year of administrative assistant, receptionist, office administrator, or related experience

Prior customer service experience, ideally in a corporate setting is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively and strong attention to detail
