Administrative Assistant- Investment Management- Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with a top-tier Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will manage training content for the firm’s strategic training initiatives while working with internal and external partners to publish online courses, curriculums and training resources. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience within professional services.
This is a 6+ month contract position that will pay $20-30/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week.
Responsibilities:

Create and maintain content pages to reflect strategic initiatives of the firm

Partner with the Global Learning and Enablement Team to schedule and administer core training curriculum for client facing teams

Act as a liaison between Global Learning and Enablement Team and Digital Publishing for on-time publication of content to Seismic/Lessonly

Publish courses and tests using a variety of strategies and applications

Integrate, develop, test and deploy content in existing technology platforms

Act as primary liaison between Global Learning and Enablement Team and training technology platform vendors

Develop or use existing reports to analyze participation and performance data to continuously optimize the user experience

Coordinate and conduct administrative tasks related to training initiatives
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

2+ years of administrative experience

Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of learning management systems, Seismic/Lessonly preferred

Strong organizational and attention to detail

Proficient writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Self-starter who is confident working independently and meeting deadlines

Strong communication skills and ability to provide transparency with project status updates
