Acquisitions Analyst – Boston – Total Compensation $100k
A well known real estate investment firm located in Boston is seeking an Analyst to join the firm’s Acquisitions team. This role is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and analyzing and evaluating new acquisitions. The role is fully on-site.
Responsibilities:

Underwrite potential acquisition and development opportunities to include cash flow modeling, property valuations, investment analyses, and joint venture structuring

Prepare materials for review by the investment committee

Review all due diligence materials (leases, operating statements, title, survey, etc.) and present findings to leadership

Conduct ongoing analyses to support decision making related to investment (leasing, capital projects, financing, etc.)

Perform sell-hold analysis and rate of return and conduct waterfall analysis
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business

0-2+ years of experience (will consider new grads with strong internship experience)

Argus Experience required.
