Accounting Manager – West Palm Beach – Hybrid – up to $130k salary + bonus!
A successful Asset Management firm located in West Palm Beach is seeking an Accounting Manager with 5+ years of experience in a real estate firm or exposure to real estate clients in public accounting is required. CPA is highly preferred.
You will be responsible for real estate investment operations, overseeing accounting activities, conducting research, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of investment data and financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting operations for real estate investment activity
- Perform regular reconciliations of cash and transactions
- Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and other regulatory filings
- Conduct research and analysis on accounting issues, investment transactions, and regulatory changes
- Prepare financial statements and related reporting for review, including SEC filings as applicable
- Assist and support with managing the external audit process, including quarterly reviews and diligence projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA is required
- 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting, with exposure to Real Estate clients
This role is a full-time position that will pay between $110,000-$130,000 plus bonus and will provide strong benefits.
