Daley And Associates was founded by Mike Daley and Hank Phillips, distinguished executives in the recruiting industry. Prior to founding Daley And Associates, Mike and Hank were responsible for building the professional services search and staffing division of one the largest staffing organizations in the world. They grew a one-office firm into a $100 million search and staffing powerhouse.

In large recruiting firms, success takes you away from your clients. In forming Daley And Associates, Mike and Hank wanted to create a different kind of recruiting firm. A firm that would bring senior-level recruiters closer to their clients. A firm that is ultimately recognized as the Northeast’s most respected source for accounting, finance, information technology, legal and healthcare opportunities.

The addition of Shawn Flaherty as director of temporary and contract services in 2005 completed the Daley And Associates leadership team. Shawn’s own background in business and contract staffing added a well-established network of professional contractors and temps.
